OFOQ / PRIVACY

Privacy policy

This policy explains how OFOQ handles information you submit through the project brief and direct contact channels, and how site measurement is used.Last updated: 4 September 2026

Information we collect

We collect the details you provide, such as your name, contact information, project details, and files you choose to attach. The server also records the submission time, form path, and a unique request ID. When site analytics is active, Google Analytics 4 may also measure usage information such as visited pages, device and browser type, approximate traffic source, and non-sensitive interaction events.

Why we use it

We use project-request information to understand and review your request, contact you through your chosen channel, and protect the form from abuse. Site measurement helps us understand performance, improve the experience, and measure successful project requests. We do not sell your data or use the current Google Analytics configuration for behavioral advertising or ad personalization.

Storage and delivery

The request is stored in protected persistent server storage and a copy is sent to the company email. Hosting and email providers may process data only as needed to operate those services, and their infrastructure may be outside your country. When analytics is active, Google may process measurement data on its global infrastructure under its applicable terms and policies.

Attachments

Do not attach passwords, access keys, or unnecessary sensitive data. We accept a limited set of file types and validate type and size before storage.

Retention

We keep requests only as long as needed to review them, follow up on the project, and meet operational or legal obligations. You may request deletion when continued retention is no longer required.

Security

We use size and type limits, request throttling, restricted file permissions, and encrypted transport in production. No transfer or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent for future contact. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Preferences and analytics

The site stores language and theme preferences on your device. In regions where prior analytics consent is required, including the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, Google Analytics remains off until you choose to allow it. In other regions, site measurement may start automatically without a first-visit consent card, and you can disable it at any time from this page. An explicit analytics choice is retained for up to 180 days. Google advertising signals and ad personalization remain disabled. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we respect it and keep analytics off for the session.

Regional determination

The site uses approximate country information provided by Netlify at the network edge to choose the appropriate consent policy. We do not send your IP address to a third-party geolocation service for this decision or store the country code as a dedicated analytics profile. If the region cannot be resolved, analytics stays off as a privacy-safe fallback.

Regional pricing and network check

To show the appropriate market price, we use approximate country information provided by Netlify. To reduce incorrect local pricing when a VPN or proxy is in use, the server may perform a short best-effort connection and ASN lookup through a public IP-intelligence service. This check cannot detect every VPN. OFOQ does not return the IP address to the browser or persist it in the pricing session. If the lookup is unavailable, normal regional pricing continues and the price is not blocked.
